Constructed of heavy duty 12 gauge stainless steel with large radius reinforced interior corners for easy clean out. Rolled and welded 1 ½-inch rim. 5-inch floor clearance allows transport of vat with pallet jack. Legs are fully welded and constructed of 11 gauge stainless steel.
