Ergo Steel Stainless HES-S1 Edge Maintenance Tool

The HES-S1 Stainless Steel is an edge maintenance tool designed to be used on the production floor. HES-S1 features a pair of hardened, pivoting stainless steel rods on a compact, open design electro polished base. Under each rod, spring mechanisms provide the perfect amount of tension between knife and stainless steel rods. Both sides of the knife blade are simultaneously sharpened and straightened in seconds.

The smooth, electro polished finish of the HES-S1 reduces product adhesion, contamination build up and allows for more thorough, easier cleaning.
